Social Networking Policy
- Use good judgment. If you wouldn’t want your grandmother, your employer, or your teacher to see it, don’t post it.
- Only visit school approved websites. Do not attempt to bypass pages that have been blocked by the school.
- Be courteous of other users.
Cyberbullying Policy
- There is a zero tolerance policy on cyberbullying. If found guilty of cyberbullying, technology privileges will be revoked and student may be suspended or expelled.
- If you are a victim of cyberbullying, it is important let the teacher know as soon as possible.
Equitable Digital Access Policy
- Each student is scheduled weekly access to available classroom technology. The type of technology/equipment students have permission to use varies weekly, (depending on grade level and the topic being covered) but the time allotted to each student will be the same.
- Students are not to use any technology/equipment outside of their scheduled time slots.
Acceptable Use Policy
- I will not engage in cyberbullying. I understand that if I am accused or suspected of cyberbullying, an investigation will be launched and consequences will follow.
- I understand that if I am victimized by cyberbullying I am strongly encouraged to report the incident to the teacher.
- I will use all classroom technology only in the way it is intended to be used. I will follow all classroom rules regarding technology use.
